Adulting

We’ve been “adulting” over here these past couple of weekends. Multiple trips to Lowes, repainting our front door (thanks Dad!), power washing the moss that grew this past winter off our back patio, assembling a hammock stand (I was very excited about that project!), and planting more greens are just a few of the at-home accomplishments my guy and I have been working on. It’s funny to think how much our weekends have changed in such a short time–since home ownership–and how much we actually look forward to these little weekend projects.

These photos were snapped last week on a particularly warm day (the first day that I pulled out my shorts). Open toes (thanks to these sandals for the illusion of longer legs!) and bare legs–no matter how pale–felt good and made me excited for the warm days to come!
