Gansevoort Market

Have you checked out Gansevoort Market yet in Meatpacking? It’s so cute and was my favorite new discovery during my last trip out east. It’s just blocks away from Chelsea Market across from The High Line and the new Whitney Museum (another must). Sometimes in New York you just need a quick snack or light bite, and a place like this is perfect. Or if you’re with a picky group this is the ideal casual spot to go as there’s a mix of cuisines and something for everyone–from fresh pasta and pizzas to mediterranean, mexican and thai. It’s also just a great spot to sit back after an afternoon of shopping to people watch.

3 spots not to be missed | Tacombi for tacos (and also, if you haven’t, check out their Nolita location too), feelfood for fresh pressed juice (the energía purr with carrot, apple and ginger was just what I needed in between meetings) and of course, Flower Girl NYC (for a pretty gift to give your girlfriend–or yourself!).
