Styled: A Blush Story

5 August

This pretty girl, who I’m sure you recognize by now, left me / our Syllabus team for New York last week (tears)! I’m just so excited for her though and cant wait for her to jump into all that amazing city has to offer! (And I’ll be coming to visit her soon–so she’s definitely not getting rid of me!)

I’ve always believed that the right people enter your life when you need them the most and Kelly was just that person when I first moved to Sacramento. It’s been about a year a half since she first reached out to me as a UC Davis student and not only is she one kick butt babe who really helped me work out a lot of our Syllabus kinks in the beginning but we’ve also become such close friends. Of course I wanted to make one last local photo shoot to happen (because, obviously!–again, she’s a total babe!). So I styled her up last week in this blush silk Equipment blazer–shown two ways–because it’s just that good.

You can see more of the story over on the Syllabus site!

Look I | Equipment Blazer.  IRO Tee (use code: CHEETAH for 25% any Syllabus orders).  Citizen of Humanity Jeans (talked Kelly into getting my favorite boyfriend style in white)–similar.

Alexander McQueen Bag (drool–also love, and this one).  Freda Salvador Shoes. Miansai Cuff.

Look II | Equipment Blouse.  Elizabeth James Shorts (similar).  Madewell Sandals (similar).  Chloe Purse.

Gorgeous! She’s the one who’s hair you dyed, right? It still looks fabulous!

Aww, so fun to see the people in your life come full circle! Best of luck to you, Kelly! Gorgeous coloring in your story too, love blush and camo green.
