Some weekends require turning the phone off, a sushi date with your guy, trips to Target for baby gear… actually reading the weekend newspaper, an afternoon walk that turns into a spontaneous afternoon cocktail at your local taco stand, and rounding out the weekend in the tub. That was this past weekend; rejuvenating-ly slow and good for the soul. Oh, also one of those weekends in which I barely got dressed (a.k.a. I lived in this bomber and workout clothes).
In other news, I forgot how amazingly comfortable these moccasins are. An older style that I keep pulling back out and wearing on the regular as I sort of feel as if I’m running around town in my slippers. Which is always a plus.
