Half the fun of summer dressing is accessorizing… oh wait, that’s any season! This summer more than ever I’ve been eyeing a number of playful bags. Maybe it’s because I still don’t fit into most of my summer clothes yet post baby, or the fact that I live in t-shirts and neutrals but accessories are what I’m caving on to make simple summer styles feel fresh. Whether a mini pompom-embellished bag for evening, colorful and beaded styles (um, love this splurge), seashell adorned as pictured here (which was last summer’s fave from Ulla Johnson), or a more classic basket bag–I want them all. I’ve officially swapped all of my black leather handbags out for this leather woven tote and a couple of vintage basket bags that I’ll be rotating on the regular for the next couple of months.
