Neutral Spring Blouse Edit (Under $150)

I’ve been wanting to put together a spring edit of pieces for you that are of the moment but also classics that will stand the test of time and truly complement and work with what you already have in your wardrobe. As much as spring is a time for color–I started to pull some selects together and continually find I am drawn towards the neutrals…. surprise, surprise. So here is a mainly white and black focused edit of spring blouse silhouettes (under $150) but pieces that feel fresh to give your closet something new and exciting (smocked bodices, puffed sleeves, and delicate floral prints). Of course this is the time I always assess my tops and pick up a few cotton and linen basics and then sprinkle in those more special blouses for date nights, events, and say a trip to Napa.

Ozma of California

A brand I love so so much! Designed and made in California, you truly get what you pay for. What they call their raw silk tees and tanks are so cozy soft and have become a staple in my wardrobe. I’m especially in love with this dance wrap top to pair with the perfect vintage pair of jeans. Cool and sexy. Just perfect. You can use code: ALICIA15 for 15% … making it just under that $150 price point. Win!

Rachel Pally

A classic but a touch sexy… I would wear this out at night. (And one more from Rachel Pally, not under $150 but close at $167, this top is just super cute for spring–I didn’t become a gingham fan until this past year and this one is really speaking to me.)

Reformation

This smocked-bodice blouse is super flattering. I’ve been pairing it with skirts and jeans alike. Can’t rave about it enough to have a piece a bit dressier in rotation this spring. Another sweet print from the brand–I’d wear this to wine country. And if it’s still cooler where you are, I love this mock turtleneck style to transition into spring in.

Mango

Pretty floral detailing on this cotton balloon sleeve blouse. This is a cut that feels especially fresh but in a classic color so you won’t tire of it. Equally love the balloon sleeve cotton white blouse ($39.99) if you’re into the look.

Zara

Zara is one of those fast fashion sites I now treat like dessert. A few pieces here and there but I don’t go crazy. A few of my fave blouses for spring are: this sheer embroidered blouse caught my eye as I loved the detailing. It’s just so romantic! Also this two-piece set... originally I was thinking for an upcoming wedding or shower until it clicked oh yeah, not cream. I’m super in love with this peplum blazer that can be worn as a top.
