I already feel as though my style has evolved since moving from the east (back to the west) coast this past fall. I can’t quite pinpoint it but as an outsider watching maybe you’ve picked up on it more than I have? They say that once you’ve lived in New York it’s forever a part of you, and I totally believe it. (Missin’ that city energy everyday.) I do know that while I took a slice of NYC edge with me, I’ve added a healthy dose of California-casualness back into the sartorial mix. Classic and effortless pieces such as stripes, the oversize oxford, and neutral color combinations are my current go-tos. In fact, if you took a peek at my closet you’d see a predominately black and white color scheme which brings me to today’s look. When Lucky Magazine asked me to style a few accessories from Armani Exchange I of course went straight for the black cat-eye sunnies and leather watch, both of which fit perfectly with my current vibe. Black accessories just have a way of adding that subtle cool factor don’t they.
