Confetti-print drop waist dress = happy, happy, happy!
I ended New York Fashion Week on a celebratory, confetti-filled note at the Cynthia Rowley Spring 2013 presentation. The music and location (an abandoned / industrial building) made for a cool vibe to debut the line. I have to say Cynthia Rowley keeps getting better and better and this was one of my favorite collections of the week (you know I’ve been all about her lately). I especially loved the volume and have already made a mental list of the pieces I will be snagging come spring.
