I froze just a bit to show off this tweed one-shouldered Richard Nicoll dress (look 2 from THE OUTNET.COM, in honor of London Fashion Week). The leather trim, mesh shoulder and side cut-out were details I simply couldn’t let hide behind my jacket. I would prefer to show this dress off sans tights with tall black pumps, but again the temps are too low for that. Hands down, this is my ideal winter cocktail dress… it’s just so me!
