I can easily fall for a good ruffle… but always lean towards a less sweet and more moody take. IRO always gets the feminine-cool-factor that I love just right as is the case with this dress which won me over. Worn here with my over-the-knee boots and the coziest duster length sweater (I figured I better make use out of those two while I can because the temps have sure been creeping up!). But I also can’t wait to wear it with sandals and a sun hat soon.
